He said that the United States exploited the anger and discontent of the Hawadle clan, involved their representatives in the fight against Al-Shabaab, and openly boasted about it. However, the Hawadle clan realized the situation and made its own decision, which Al-Shabaab welcomed. He claimed that after this, the boast of the United States stopped and the country faced humiliation.

Shaykh Fido further said that the United States is trying to build militias and 'Sahwa' forces in Somalia modeled on the forces formed in Iraq and Syria. At the same time, it is taking initiatives to establish new leaders of various factions in the country's parliament and regional administration. He called for remaining vigilant about these plans.

The purpose of these conflicts and the use of clans is to prevent the establishment of Sharia and to embroil Al-Shabaab fighters in proxy wars. He also accused that in such conflicts, Muslim clans of Somalia are being encouraged to take up arms against Al-Shabaab. According to his narrative, the United States has applied similar strategies in various Muslim countries in the past, but has failed in most cases.

Addressing the United States, Shaykh Fido said that by trying to create division among the Muslims of Somalia and instigating widespread conflict, the United States will not be able to succeed. He also warned that Al-Shabaab will not let their plans be implemented.

He further said that Al-Shabaab fighters will fight against the United States with one hand and guide their community to the right path with the other hand.

At this time, Shaykh Fido called upon the Hawadle clan to continue cooperation with Al-Shabaab. He also emphasized confronting those who create division and fighting against the forces that enter Somalia and occupy cities through the use of force.

This leader of Al-Shabaab expressed gratitude to the Hawadle clan and their elders for concluding the agreement and overcoming the obstacles created on this path. He stated that Al-Shabaab will fulfill its commitments according to the agreement.
