➡️ Despite 13 students from Gaza having valid visas and scholarships, the country's Immigration Minister Anneleen Van Bossuyt is not allowing them to enter Belgium.

Her statement is that if these persecuted students are allowed to enter Belgium, they might later seek political asylum or bring other family members as well. Through this, such a path might open for people from other war-torn countries as well. Because of which the immigration problem might increase in Belgium.

However, an organization in Belgium has strongly criticized this action of the minister. The organization stated that since they have valid documents and university invitations, the students of Gaza have the full legal right to enter the country.
