I don't know if the matter is my personal problem. But are the Department of Social Services or Dhaka City Corporation not committed to providing minimum service? Send them to rehab centers or send them to a specific island. The incident is of Gulistan. If you travel to different places all over Dhaka, you will see the same picture. These people again, getting a bit energized, will steal goods from inside cars, will take off body kits of private cars. Many might question my humanity. To them I say, if you wish, take them home.
